Payment,Shipping & Company Policy

**Payment
We accept PayPal only. No other payment method is allowed.
PayPal allows you to pay by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal account balances.
We apologize that we cannot accept other payment methods such as personal cheque, postal orders etc.

 

**Domestic Handling Time
We will ship your order within 2 or 3 business days after receiving payment to our Paypal account, because, we have to get export license from Korean Government.
It’s important to us that our customers and potential customers know that they are dealing with a reliable company.

 

**Shipping / Delivery
Shipping price is included within the handbag cost.
Your order will be shipped out using standard international shipping with register mail.
The Tracking Number will be provided.
It usually takes between 7-21 business days.

If you want to receive the goods sooner, we will be able to offer a quicker shipping service.
Please contact us, then, we will inform you of the new price.

Please note that sometimes transit time of Air Cargo through Post Office may take more than the estimated times above due to unforeseen cargo issues in your countries.

 

**Customs Fees
Your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc) when it arrives in your country.
The shipping charges you pay do not include customs fees.

If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

**Return Policy and Refund
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 7 days after receiving item for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note you will be liable for any postage costs.
